I had a pretty solid stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Hamburg Airport. The location was super convenient since I could just walk across the bridge to the airport in under five minutes. The rooms were nice and modern, though I found dinner there a bit pricey, and the service was slower than I expected with an empty dining room. On the bright side, the breakfast buffet was excellent with a ton of great options.
