the check-in process was not great. i GOT asked for a reference number, but i didn't RECEIVE one. it was very stressful after my flight.

the location IS directly connected to the airport terminal. this made it easy to catch an early flight.
i FOUND that the service at the bar was lacking. the bartender seemed uninterested in serving customers, and i waited quite a while for my drink. it was not very busy, so the slow service was disappointing, slow service.

The hotel is directly connected to the terminals. This made my early morning departure stress-free. I found the breakfast to be excellent. It had a wide variety of choices, and the food quality surpassed my expectations.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated that the bar is open until 1 am. This allowed me to enjoy a drink before bed.
There was no sign to access the hotel. I drove around the airport twice before I found the hotel parking area. I was told that parking should be with payment, and nothing was free.

The room had complimentary water and coffee available. the staff were friendly. i secured early check-in at 10am for €20. It was helpful. the hotel is directly next to the airport departures area.
the hotel charged €44.00 for breakfast for two people.
